November 22-30 Sauna Rituals in Oceanside, CA
Currently taking bookings for the ultimate hot /cold contrast ritual performed by the Pacific Ocean. Rituals will be performed in the sauna, which will be parked by the ocean. The ocean will be used as the cold plunge. Fire ritual will be included. Call/text for more information: 949-395-1628
June 2026 - Trip to Latgale, Latvia
Experience the roots of the ancient Latvian Sauna Ritual. Stay in a healing forest where the only sounds are birds and the blowing of the wind. Daily practice will include studying the Latvian Sauna, learning best practices, and collecting foliage. The sauna master on the property will teach about Latvian traditions associated with the pagan calendar. The property has lake access. Local tours will be arranged.
